Precautions for the use of stator embossing molds

(1) Before using the stator patterning mold device, it shall be strictly inspected to remove dirt and check whether the guide sleeve of the mold and the mold are smooth and good.

(2) Regularly check the turntable of the punch press and the die device base of the hydraulic press table to ensure the accuracy of the upper and lower coaxial of the equipment.

(3) Install the convex and concave dies on the turntable according to the device procedure of the stator embossing mold. Make sure that the orientation of the convex and concave dies is the same, especially for molds with direction requirements (non-circular and square). Anti-loaded.

(4) The punch and die edges of the punching die should be stopped when they are worn, and sharpened in time, otherwise the wear of the die edge will be increased rapidly, the die wear will be accelerated, and the die quality and die life will be reduced.

(5) The stamper's device mold should be made of softer metals (such as copper, aluminum, etc.) to prevent the mold from being damaged when knocked or smashed during the device.

(6) Handle the mold gently during transportation, and never allow littering, so as not to damage the cutting edge and guide of the mold.

(7) To ensure the service life of the mold, the spring of the mold should be replaced regularly to prevent fatigue and damage of the spring to affect the use of the mold.
